ITINERARY

Thursday June 8th

Arrival at marina at 2:30pm.

From there we get on our boat to go to our own private beach house on Little Gasperilla Island.

4:00- Settle into your space, take a look around

5:00- hors d'oeuvres, formal introductions and itinerary review. 

Explanation of Yoga, Reiki, Energy Work, Life Coaching and Mindfulness with open Q&A

Book your private add on sessions.

You will also receive your very own gratitude journal/Magic Book to start your new mindful creations. 

7:00- light restorative Yoga session and meditation to help settle us in for the evening and get a great night's sleep.

8:00- "Releasing ceremony"


Friday June 9th

6:00-9:30am continental breakfast

7:00-7:45am Morning Yoga with Lynne

8:00-8:30am Meditation and intention setting for the day

9:00-10:30am 1st group Paddle lesson & experience with Lynne (6)

9:00-10:30am Private sessions & free time

10:30-12:00pm 2nd group paddling lesson & experience

10:30-12:00pm private sessions & free time

12:00-2:00pm   clean up & lunch

2:30-4:30pm.  Chakra awareness class with yoga balancing moves. What are they? Why are they important? What to do with them? Knowing what  these are and how they affect our everyday lives is important to understand in helping to maintain a healthy and balanced mind, body & spirit.

5:00- 6:30pm. Mindful dinner

7:00- 8:30pm-  Group 1 full Moon Paddle Boarding & Meditation with Lynne

7:00- 8:30pm - Meditative beach walk with Sheri


Saturday June 10th

7:00am Morning yoga with Lynne

8:00am Meditation and intention setting for the day

9:00-10:00am Part 1 Class on the Seven Essential Laws of the Universe. This is a class of understanding the way the universe works in order to work with the flow instead of against it. When we learn to be mindful creators and conscious of our thoughts, words and feelings we can be more in control of our own destiny even when it  doesn't go the way we had planned.

10:15-11:15 Eco walk with Lynne

10:15-11:15 Past Life Regression Talk with Susan Lathers

12:00-2:30 Clean up & lunch

3:00- 4:00pm part two of Universal Laws

5:30-Mindful dinner

7:00 Group 2 Full Moon paddle boarding 

9:00pm crystal bowl silent meditation

Sunday Funday

6:00- 7:00 Very Light continental breakfast

7:00-7:20 Walking meditation to beach

Followed by-Morning BeachYoga

Followed by-Brunch on the Beach

Showers/clean up/pack up


Last class-Raising your vibration with essential oils.

So many oils to choose from. Which ones are best for what? This class will help you to understand not only the different oils but also the different ways they are made and which ones fit for your needs and wants.
